Payroll Staff

Job Qualifications (Years of experience, Age, Gender, Tools, Skill/Technical Stack):

• Should be a graduate of any four-year business course.
• Computer literate
• With at least 1-year relevant experience.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll on a regular basis (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly).
• Compute salaries, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, and other statutory pay.
• Deduct and remit government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes.
• Prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping reports.
• Verify attendance, leave, and time records before payroll processing
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
