Payroll Sr Analyst (Temporary)

The Payroll SR Analyst LATAM is primarily responsible for leading the implementation and set up of payroll providers to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. The Payroll Consultant will effectively manage vendor accountability, including service level agreements, timeliness of all operational responses and performance monitoring. They will support the End-to-End (E2E) payroll process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the payroll vendors to ensure accountability in meeting service level agreements, responsibilities and on time delivery of services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for high quality service delivery
- Lead the implementation and set up of payroll providers
- Support all payroll activities in the LATAM region, including calculating and processing monthly payroll
