Payroll Specialist

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end payroll operation across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll tax laws and regulation and statutory reporting requirements. This role serves as a key operational owner for ensuring accuracy, resolving complex payroll discrepancies and escalating tax notices. The Specialist oversees third payroll vendors; reconciles data, manages 401Ks/RRSP and supports audits.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $90,000 CAD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
