Role : Payroll Specialist - SEA

Location : Hyderabad

Job Purpose

This person is responsible for payroll processing payment through the appropriate channels for local associates and expatriate associates from regional/long term assignment who are based in SEA countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam & Indonesia) for Mars. To manage and specialize the payroll statutory reports and requirements (Personal Income Tax, Social Security, Provident Fund etc) and other garnishments related in order to deliver timely and correctly calculated payroll and submission to ensure good governance and internal control. The job covers period end closing process, analyze and accrue SWB, and other ad-hocs.
