Location: Hybrid in Sao Palo Brazil 3 days a week
Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeks
Pay: $6.27/HR to $8.48/hr USD or R$5206 to R$7042 per month
Regional Payroll Specialist
Must Haves:
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting Latin American countries (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil)
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance)
• Solid understanding of country‑specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across Latin America
• Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls, deadlines, and stakeholders across different regions
