Job Description
- Process monthly/bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Compute wages, overtime, night differential, and statutory benefits
- Ensure proper remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax)
- Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of employee information
- Prepare payroll reports and pay slips
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies
- Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
- Develop and administer compensation structures and salary reviews
- Manage employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, leaves, incentives)
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company compensation policies
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analyses
- Assist in benefits enrollment and employee communication
- Support annual merit increases and incentive programs
