Job Description

  • Process monthly/bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Compute wages, overtime, night differential, and statutory benefits
  • Ensure proper remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax)
  • Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of employee information
  • Prepare payroll reports and pay slips
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
  • Develop and administer compensation structures and salary reviews
  • Manage employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, leaves, incentives)
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company compensation policies
  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports and analyses
  • Assist in benefits enrollment and employee communication
  • Support annual merit increases and incentive programs
