Responsibilities

  • Responsible in processing bi-monthly payroll activities for all employees
  • Reviews employment data prior to processing a pay run and coordinates with Human Resources and other department's personnel corrections and adjustments as needed.
  • Handles payroll related issues and proactively initiates solutions
  • Update payroll records as appropriate
  • Qualifications

  • With at least 1 – 2 years of Experience in End to end Payroll Processing
  • End-to-end Payroll Administration – Timekeeping and Computation including the Final Pay computation of Separated/Inactive employees
  • Full Process and Administration of 13th month Pay, Cash Conversion of Leaves and Allowances
  • Ensure Accurate Payroll Calculations and Deductions
  • Checking of Timesheets for Accuracy and Compliance
  • Application of Bank Account Numbers
