Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x onsite per week) |MOA Pasay
Work Schedule: Mid-shift
Responsibilities
- Track and record employee overtime and other PH payroll elements
- Track and record pay-for-performance (P4P) and other process incentives
- Prepare and process payroll promptly according to established timelines
- Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll information in the system
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and audits
Qualifications
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Intermediate to Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
- Can communicate and can-do reporting
- Amenable to work onsite in MOA Pasay and ASAP joiner
