Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, with primary ownership of final pay administration and separation-related payroll activities. This role serves as the subject matter expert for final pay calculations, employee separations, payroll compliance, and employee communications related to offboarding.

In addition to managing final pay processes, the Senior Analyst supports day-to-day payroll operations, payroll audits, reconciliations, employee inquiries, compliance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with HR, Employee Relations, Finance, Benefits, Legal, and Payroll Operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery while providing a high level of service to current and former employees.
