Payroll Specialist

This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all payroll processes, playing a crucial role in the well‑being of our employees and the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, advances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate and collect social charges and taxes related to payroll (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.), in compliance with current legislation.
• Administer and manage benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, health plan, dental plan, life insurance), including inclusions, exclusions, and changes.
• Execute hiring, termination, and vacation processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and correct documentation.
