Job Description
Responsibilities: • Prepare the semi-monthly payroll for all Brazil and MX companies. Managing the process of all bonus requests, overtime, relocation packages, expenses, loans and deductions. • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. • Validation of correct calculation for payroll • Maintain correct vacation accruals • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and savings deductions. • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. • Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. • Provide timely reports to accounting department. • Assist with reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger. • Prepare remitting payroll taxes and government reporting. • Monitor and audit as ...
