Payroll Specialist

Wing Assistant is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and execute all payroll operations for our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in online payroll platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR and leadership teams.

Compensation: PHP 38,000 to PHP 45,000

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Process accurate and timely payroll on a bi-weekly or monthly basis for all employees
• Manage payroll processing using Wise and other comparable online transfer and payroll platforms
• Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, deductions in accordance with applicable amount due
