Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end Philippine payroll processing , ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory government requirements. The role is also responsible for maintaining employee payroll data in SAP SuccessFactors , coordinating with HR and Finance, and resolving payroll-related concerns while ensuring payroll accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Philippine payroll for weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll cycles.
• Validate and reconcile payroll inputs, including attendance, timesheets, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, leave transactions, incentives, commissions, and allowances.
• Compute employee salaries, statutory deductions, taxes, final pay, and other payroll-related payments.
