Payroll Specialist

Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in North Carolina in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is fully onsite and will play a key role in managing payroll operations while supporting accounts receivable activities for the local team. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to working with employees, supervisors, and finance leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule for employees across payroll cycles.
• Review and collect timekeeping information, verify missing details, and follow up with supervisors to resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
