Your new role
You will join a global payroll team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for one of the organization's key European regions. Working closely with local payroll teams and external providers, your main responsibilities will include:
Executing monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
Managing monthly payroll closing activities in line with established workflows and internal controls.
Monitoring data quality across HR, Time and Payroll systems through validation routines and audit checks.
