Job Description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.).
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
