Job Description

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  1. Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and reporting requirements.
  3. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.).
  4. Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
