Position Summary

We're seeking a proactive, self-starter Payroll Specialist and Excel Expert to manage employee payroll, and accounts receivable/payable functions. This role requires very strong Excel proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple job responsibilities and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries

Accounts Receivable & Payable

  • Track and manage AR/AP entries
  • Communicate with clients regarding receivables and payables
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Reporting

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial and HR reports
  • Support month-end close activities
