Job Description
The Payroll Specialist – EMEA, is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple countries within the EMEA region. This role supports end-to-end payroll operations, ensures adherence to local statutory and tax regulations, and partners closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Process end-to-end payroll for multiple countries across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation.Manage monthly, bi-weekly, or off-cycle payroll runs in coordination with regional payroll calendars and deadlines.Ensure compliance with country-specific statutory requirements, including tax, social security, pensions, benefits, and labor laws.Partner with external payroll vendors and local authorities to validate payroll inputs, outputs, and statutory filings.Review and validate payroll inputs such as new hires, termin...
