Payroll Specialist

Description We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a multi-state workforce in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll processing in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence working with ADP Workforce Now, and the ability to ensure compliance across payroll activities for an employee population of roughly 101 to 500 employees.

Responsibilities:
• Process complete payroll cycles from initial data review through final submission, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
• Administer payroll for employees working across multiple states while applying appropriate wage, tax, and compliance requirements.
