Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Indian Payroll and Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes for our growing team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with any recognized payroll software and a strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle management. Male candidates are preferred for this role due to operational requirements.

Experience : 6 months to 2 years

Budget : Upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

Manage monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time using payroll software.

Ensure timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, incentives, and bonuses.

Maintain payroll records and reports for auditing and compliance.

2. Compliance & Statutory Deductions:

Handle EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16 and other statutory requirements.
