Specialist - Payroll

• Own and lead end-to-end payroll processing, audits, and escalations

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 10,000–12,000 employees

• Full & Final Settlement, Maker Checker, Taxation Validation, TDS Return submission

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF within agreed SLAs

• Generate payroll dashboards and reports; manage data accuracy and security

• Optimize payroll tools and SaaS systems for better efficiency and scalability

Skills Required

• B.com mandatory / MBA Graduate Preferred

• Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience for in India Payroll Processing (for Grade 3 & above)

• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and payroll applications (MS / others)

• In-depth understanding of taxation, payroll laws, and HR Tech systems

• Location : Delhi/ NCR ( flexible to relocate as needed)
