Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic HR team in Switzerland.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of monthly payroll activities while supporting payroll administration across multiple Swiss entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including data collection, validation and processing of payroll-related changes.
  • Perform payroll controls, reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and process monthly and annual reports, as well as statutory declarations (social security, withholding tax, family allowances, accident insurance, maternity, etc.).
  • Maintain payroll documentation and employee records in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
