Review and audit employee timecards, process payroll, run payroll reports, and communicate with employees and leadership regarding payroll-related questions. Maintain and support HRIS/payroll systems, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting (experience with systems such as SmartLinx, ADP, Workday, or similar HRIS platforms preferred). Process payroll for a workforce with multiple union contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor agreements.
