Purpose of the position The purpose of this position is to maintain payroll related employee master data, process monthly payroll for all Proconics group of companies and perform payroll related accounting tasks reporting to Payroll Team Leader. Qualifications/experience BCom Accounting. 5-7 years’ experience in payroll and accounting. Ability to compile and submit WCA, UIF and PAYE returns. Proficiency in MS Office (advanced). Experience in Sage 300 payroll; Knowledge of personal tax legislation (including PAYE, SDL rebates etc.). Experience in one or more of the following fields will be an advantage: Knowledge and application of foreign employment tax credits.
