Payroll Specialist - Denver, CO (Hybrid)


Salary: $70,000-82,000, DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for multi-state employees.
  • Review and validate time and attendance data, resolving discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee payroll records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Reconcile payroll reports, audit payroll data, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, deductions, and related matters.
