Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a
Payroll Specialist
to join our team in Bogotá. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for healthcare employees and reports directly to the
Payroll Director
. The role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and adherence to healthcare-related data privacy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process
  weekly payroll
  end-to-end for hourly and salaried employees in a healthcare environment.
• Review payroll adjustments, time records, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Administer employee
  deductions, benefits, garnishments, and healthcare-related payroll components.
• Work in direct interaction with employees in regards of payroll inquiries while maintaining
  strict confidentiality and data privacy
