  • 7+ years in payroll operations or accounting support
  • Strong experience with EMEA payroll processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and large dataset analysis
  • Familiarity with Oracle, Workday, ADP, or Blackline
  • Solid understanding of payroll accounting (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
  • Excellent communication across global teams
