Payroll Specialist – Role Overview
The Payroll Specialist plays an essential role in the accurate and timely processing of Canadian
and/or US payrolls. This position is responsible for managing regular payroll cycles, processing
employee changes such as hires and terminations, and resolving routine payroll issues. Working
closely with HR and Finance, this role ensures that payroll operations run smoothly and in
compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards.

Your Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
 Prepare and process end-to-end payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly)
for assigned employee groups, accurately and timely.
