About the Role

Our client is a well-known local government organisation based in Colac. They are currently seeking a Payroll Services Officer to come in and join their team on a temp contract basis until 22nd May with possible extensions.

Candidates for this role must have:

• Relevant experience working in a payroll environment and well developed understanding of payroll practices
• Experience in local government (Not essential but highly desirable)
• Experience in award and workplace agreements interpretation and application

Key responsibilities will include:

• Full-Cycle Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll, ensuring all timesheets and claims comply with the Enterprise Agreement.
