Position within the Finance function, overseeing payroll operations for designated countries.

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Operations & Administration:
   Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory and company requirements.
   Execute payroll controls, approvals (including off‑cycle payments), reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and statutory remittances.
   Act as an escalation point for payroll issues, discrepancies, and employee or stakeholder concerns, ensuring effective resolution and timely response.
   Establish & maintain the relationship with selected third‑party vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational metrics.
