Job Description


Objective of the Position:

  • Serve as the regional expert for H2R (Hire-to-Retire) processes - Payroll Management, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operations to ensure alignment with global standards and local business needs.
  • Drive HR transformation projects and key initiatives, acting as a process workstream lead to deliver successful outcomes and foster innovation across the organization.
  • Actively contribute to the HR community by sharing best practices and insights, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication, engagement, and collaboration.
