Objective of the Position:
Serve as the regional expert for H2R (Hire-to-Retire) processes - Payroll Management, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operations to ensure alignment with global standards and local business needs. Drive HR transformation projects and key initiatives, acting as a process workstream lead to deliver successful outcomes and foster innovation across the organization. Actively contribute to the HR community by sharing best practices and insights, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication, engagement, and collaboration.
