Do you enjoy payroll but not the commitment it can require. We are working on hybrid payroll opportunity. This role will manage payroll for 3 different divisions. As the Payroll Manager you will manage and complete all payroll functions ensuring that payroll is processed on time and accurately. Responsibilities include:
  • Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems for accuracy
  • Ensure payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and change to pay rates
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour laws
  • Complete quarterly and annual 941's and other tax related items and year end W-2's for 3 companies 
  • Complete weekly payroll for company and semi-monthly for the other 2 companies and payroll taxes
  • Other projects as assigned
