Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience processing end-to-end payroll within professional payroll applications.
  • Has 2 years supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience handling multi-state payroll, tax filings, or high-volume data entry.

Must Have

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of applicable payroll practices, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.
  • HR Integration: Strong understanding of human resource management principles and how they impact payroll processing.
  • Independent Execution: High level of self-motivation and the ability to manage individual daily workflows with minimal oversight.
