Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience processing end-to-end payroll within professional payroll applications.
- Has 2 years supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience handling multi-state payroll, tax filings, or high-volume data entry.
Must Have:
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of applicable payroll practices, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.
- HR Integration: Strong understanding of human resource management principles and how they impact payroll processing.
