Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage all aspects of payroll processing for our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Cameroonian labor regulations, payroll calculations, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in full compliance with Cameroonian labor laws
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes (IR/IRPP), and social security contributions (CNPS, pension funds)
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and contract modifications
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and submit statutory declarations to CNPS and tax authorities
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
