Role Overview

We are seeking a
Payroll Customer Relations Officer
to support payroll-related customer inquiries and internal coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will initially work
Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST)
during training and transition to
Western Australian (WA) time
once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound payroll-related phone calls
  • Respond to online payroll and customer service inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and escalate issues to internal leaders or onshore staff when required
  • Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential business information
