Job Description
1. Process Monthly Payroll
- Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages, tax withholdings, and company contributions.
- Handle payroll discrepancies and irregularities, providing timely and clear resolutions.
2. Compliance and Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting payroll procedures and requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related documents such as tax forms and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
- Generate periodic payroll reports for management review.
3. Employee Queries
- Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll queries.
- Provide assistance in explaining pay slips and deductions to employees.
- Assist in new employee onboarding by explaining the payroll-related procedures of the company.
