  • Manage and process payrolls for all employees in a timely manner.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and related issues.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Knowledge of wage computation, overtime, night differential, statutory contributions, and labor laws.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Computer Literate, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Discretion.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
