- Manage and process payrolls for all employees in a timely manner.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and related issues.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Knowledge of wage computation, overtime, night differential, statutory contributions, and labor laws.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Computer Literate, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Discretion.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
