The Role

Managing a headcount of 300+ employees across both Monthly and Weekly pay cycles, you will take full ownership of the payroll function. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and administering all payroll aspects related to complex employee transitions and lifecycle changes for a diverse workforce.
• Performing end-to-end payroll processing with high attention to detail, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.
• Interpreting and applying multiple Modern Awards and EBAs to ensure strict industrial compliance.
