The Role

Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing for a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident working in a high‑volume environment with multiple awards and EBAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end payroll processing using Chris21
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records
  • Interpret awards, agreements, and payroll legislation
  • Manage payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYG, super, leave, etc.)
  • Support payroll reporting and audits as required
  • About You

  • Proven experience in an end‑to‑end payroll role
  • Experience working with large payrolls (1,000+ employees)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
