Main duties and responsibilities
Manage delivery, processing and approval of weekly and monthly payroll for Decora and other Mzuri Group companies.Assist the HR Director to undertake annual tasks including life assurance and healthcash plan renewals, PAYE settlement, P11d submissions, salary reviews and annual leave entitlements.Liaise with 3rd party payroll, insurance brokers, healthcash plan and pension providers.Manage monthly payroll tasks to include healthcash plan joiners / leavers, charitable giving, childcare vouchers.Manage the payroll inbox, ensuring queries are responded to and resolution provided in a timely manner.Ensure Decora and the wider Mzuri Finance teams are provided with payroll reports for month end reconciliations.Provide payroll data to external bodies including auditors and insurers when required.Manage employer obligations in relation to pensions...
