Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage delivery, processing and approval of weekly and monthly payroll for Decora and other Mzuri Group companies.

  • Assist the HR Director to undertake annual tasks including life assurance and healthcash plan renewals, PAYE settlement, P11d submissions, salary reviews and annual leave entitlements.

  • Liaise with 3rd party payroll, insurance brokers, healthcash plan and pension providers.

  • Manage monthly payroll tasks to include healthcash plan joiners / leavers, charitable giving, childcare vouchers.

  • Manage the payroll inbox, ensuring queries are responded to and resolution provided in a timely manner.

  • Ensure Decora and the wider Mzuri Finance teams are provided with payroll reports for month end reconciliations.
