About The Role
As a Payroll Officer you are responsible to process and administer employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor and tax regulations. This role also handles PPh 21 tax calculations and reporting as well as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan administration.
What will you be doing?
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and master data
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Calculate, deduct, and report PPh 21 in accordance with prevailing tax regulations
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual PPh 21 tax reports
- Generate and distribute tax slips (e.g., Form 1721-A1/A2)
