Job Description
Job Summary: The HR Supervisor (Agency-Based) acts as the primary on-site representative of the manpower agency, overseeing all HR-related functions for deployed personnel assigned to the client company.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
