The Role
As a Payroll Officer, you will deliver accurate and timely payroll services across the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll and superannuation
- Responding to staff payroll queries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting month-end and year-end payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll data entry and administrative tasks
- Running full payroll processes in the Payroll Manager’s absence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a corporate environment
- Experience using Chris21 or a similar payroll system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
