Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple concurrent pay runs.
• Ensure timely handling of payroll changes including leave, allowances, salary packaging, and expense based claims.
• Interpret and apply relevant awards (including SCHADS) and payroll legislation.
• Extract, validate, and upload payroll data from integrated systems with a focus on accuracy.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and support reporting requirements including compliance obligations.
• Act as the primary contact for payroll queries, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
