We are working exclusively to recruit a Payroll Manager to take ownership of an end to end payroll function and lead exciting system and process improvements.
 
As the Payroll Manager, you will:

• Manage the full payroll cycle for 800+ employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, benefits, and deductions.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
• Lead payroll audits and improve governance.
• Deliver monthly payroll reporting and insights to the Executive Team.
• Drive system improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies.
• Oversee payroll reconciliations and work closely with Finance and HR.
