Payroll Manager

About our Client:
We are seeking a Payroll Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function within a fast-growing, privately owned food business.
It is a standalone position with full accountability for running weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees. 

The Role

• Manage the full end to end payroll function, running weekly and monthly payroll. 
• Lead post payroll reporting, analytics, and compliance activities
• Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments
• Monthly payroll reconciliations including payroll journals and GL reconciliations
• Handling payroll queries
• Ensure adherence to award interpretations and legislative requirements
• Other ad hoc duties

About You

• 3+ years of end to end payroll experience in medium to large organisations
