Telecon is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Payroll Manager to lead and support a dedicated payroll team. In this role, you'll help shape how the function operates while overseeing payroll operations, maintaining systems, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Through your leadership, the team will work with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
This full-time hybrid position is mostly remote, requiring just 1–2 days per week in the office, and offers a flexible group insurance plan, company-matching RRSP from day one, and opportunities for growth and development.
This position requires fluency in both French and English to support French and English speaking clients. The role involves daily reading, writing, and verbal communication in both languages.
