Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, transition and development of the payroll team into our SSC to provide payroll services to other Freudenberg Business Groups, including the implementation of a new payroll system.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for all (direct and indirect) employees, managing policies and governance and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Managing on-cycle and off-cycle processes, overseeing post-payroll validations and statutory reporting, handling complex employee queries and preparing and reconciling internal payroll data and reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and customers' requirements.
Stay informed of relevant local regulatory requirements and policies changes.
Work cross-functionally to provide expertise and payroll matters in the region supported.
