Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, transition and development of the payroll team into our SSC to provide payroll services to other Freudenberg Business Groups, including the implementation of a new payroll system.

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for all (direct and indirect) employees, managing policies and governance and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

  • Managing on-cycle and off-cycle processes, overseeing post-payroll validations and statutory reporting, handling complex employee queries and preparing and reconciling internal payroll data and reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and customers' requirements.

  • Stay informed of relevant local regulatory requirements and policies changes.

  • Work cross-functionally to provide expertise and payroll matters in the region supported.
