Payroll Manager

Reports To: Head of HR / Regional HR Operations

Role Purpose

The Payroll Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of payroll operations in the Philippines , ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in line with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements . This position includes people leadership , process governance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Philippine Payroll Management

• Own and manage end‑to‑end Philippine payroll processing , ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all pay cycles (e.g., semi‑monthly/monthly).
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine statutory and regulatory requirements , including but not limited to:
• BIR (withholding tax, annualization, BIR forms
• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG (HDMF) registrations, remittances, and reporting
